The Festival des Nouveaux Cinemas’ aim is to support and stimulate digital film creation; back-up which offers huge liberty and innovation possibilities.

For its sixth edition, this international festival of digital short films will take place in 10 different sites in Paris and areas, from June 11th to 20th 2010.

Every night, the festival screens films selected for their proposition’s inventiveness and audacity.

Going for the purpose of this event, the Nouveaux Cinemas project is actively involved in digital creation and has been producing every year short films, for now 6 years. These films will be screened, one per night, during the festival.

The festival’s calling is also to offer valuable moments of exchange during which, sponsor guests, film-maker, film critic and audience can meet around cocktails and debates to complete the screens.

The festival will then travel to meet others audiences in French big cities (as Bordeaux, Rennes, Nantes, Lyon, etc.) during the rest of the year.
